Still waiting on someone, anyone to get back to me on why Barak Barry Hussein Soetoro Obama's plans for wealth distribution is not socialism.
I'm taking any reasoned, well-phrased response here...

What a load of legalistic hair-splitting!
Wealth redistribution is the sine qua non of all socialist models—ownership of production is simply the means to that end—and whether The Messiah wants to get there by the Fed owning General Electric or by 90% tax rates is irrelevant.
Anytime someone talks about the government taking wealth from one group and redistributing said takings among another group who didn’t work for it, that person is a socialist.
Redistribution of wealth is what The One supports, that’s what he’s always supported, and that makes him a socialist.
