Sad part is she was FUGLY...
Fortunately, I passed that stretch of 290 a before said woman decided to give an impromptu floor show and did not have to endure the resultant traffic jamb...or the floor show.

We have our share of nutcases here in the Lone Star State. If Florida is running low, we could flush out Austin and send a few your way. :)
