If you do a search on Teh Google for "Florida Man", you usually get some pretty entertaining results.
It looks like, however, Houston is trying to give Florida a run for the money...

    Fortunately, I passed that stretch of 290 a before said woman decided to give an impromptu floor show and did not have to endure the resultant traffic jamb...or the floor show.
    +1 on Old NFO's comment.

    We have our share of nutcases here in the Lone Star State. If Florida is running low, we could flush out Austin and send a few your way. :)
