Now there is a surprise...

From our "Thanks, Captain Obvious" department...

Fuel costs are less than they were a year ago, but the fuel surcharges are the same.

Well. Who'da thunk it?

  1. It reminds me of a grocery store. As things cost the store more to stock, the customer in turn pays more, but when the costs go down for the store, they either don't lower the price to the customer or lower it at a slower rate. When people become accustomed to paying more, it is easier for the store to keep them paying more. :(
