    That's a dessert- A fried bean paste dough with a sesame seed coating and black sesame seed interior. Soooo good!

    See? I told you I am a hideously unsophisticated foodie. Actually, if you had said what it really was in the beginning, I would have said "ewww." But compared to what you joked that it was, it sounds good. Really. It does sound good! (I loooooove sesame seeds.) So what is it called? As in name, nomenclature, etc.
