Overheard in the hotel lobby

A cell phone conversation:

"A what fell?"
(pause)
"Anyone hurt?"
(pause- all beverages put down, everyone on feet)
"Did it hit the ice?"
(pause- head in hands)
"How far did it fall."
(long pause)
"How big is the hole?"
(longer pause)
"We're on our way."
